Shipping policy

At 8Baller Collectables we ship via Australia Post Domestic and international.

All packages will be tracked and tracking information will be passed on to the recipient once generated. 

International shipping will be sent via express shipping and will be tracked, insured and signature will be required. 

In the case of an item being purchased as labeled "presale" or "Pre-order", the item will be sent within 1-2 days once we receive it. In the case of multiple items have been purchased and one of the items are labeled "presale", the whole order will be sent as a whole once the "presale" item arrives.

We are based here in Sydney, so on average postage times, (COVID-19 shipping delays will apply) are between 3-6 days, (with regular shipping) and 1-3 days, (with express shipping) after being sent which is usually by the next business day. All items will be handled and packaged with care. Any item that maybe damaged, incorrect or lost, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately at: 8ballercollectables@gmail.com 

At this stage we are only sending parcel tracked items from Monday to Friday. Any purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be sent the next business day. 

Any purchase made before 4pm (on a business day) will be sent that day. If not it will be sent the next business day.
